Strictly necessary items stay on because the website cannot work without them, but any optional categories would only run with your agreement. These are needed for the website to work and cannot be switched off:

• Your room brief. Secure cookies set by our own server identify the room brief you are working on, so your answers, photographs and progress come back to you when you return. Without them we could not show you your own room.
• Which room you are viewing. A secure cookie remembers the specific room a page relates to, so your progress page always shows the right design.
• Signing in. When you sign in with an email link, your browser stores your session so you stay signed in and only you can see your rooms.
• Your in-progress answers. Your browser keeps a copy of the brief you are filling in, so a refresh or an interruption does not lose your work.

These are set by us or by our backend provider on our behalf. They are not used for advertising or profiling.

We use Cookiebot to manage consent on this website. Cookiebot shows you a consent banner, remembers your choice, and blocks non-essential technologies until you agree to them. To remember your choice, Cookiebot stores a strictly necessary consent record in your browser.

You can accept or reject non-essential categories, and change or withdraw your choices at any time, using the Cookiebot privacy trigger on the site.

Statistics: Google Analytics (GA4), provided by Google. We use it only to understand, in aggregate, how many people visit and which pages they use, so we can improve the website. It is not activated unless you accept the Statistics category, and if you reject or withdraw that consent no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. We do not send your name, email address, photos or design details to Google.

No advertising, affiliate or social media tracking is currently active on this website. If that ever changes, those technologies will be grouped into clear categories, they will not run until you agree to them through Cookiebot, and this page will list each one before it goes live.
